Our Mission

Why I Started

‏Likecoloringpages started from something very personal: watching my own kids fall in love with online coloring. My children are around ten years old, and whenever they open a coloring tool on a screen, something interesting happens, they relax, they focus, and without even realizing it, they’re learning, patience, color recognition, fine motor control, and a quiet kind of creativity that’s hard to teach any other way.

‏I’ve spent years working as a teacher, so I’ve seen up close how children learn best: through play, not pressure. That’s exactly what online coloring does. It feels like a game, but it quietly builds focus and confidence at the same time. Watching that happen in my own home is what pushed me to build a place where any parent, teacher, or curious kid could have that same experience, free, and just a click away.

How I Create These Pages

‏Every coloring page on this site starts with a clear idea of what a child or an adult might enjoy coloring, something fun, something calming, something a little bit magical. I start each sketch with the help of modern illustration tools, then refine every detail by hand so the lines are clean and easy to color, whether it’s printed on paper or colored right here using my Color Online tool. Every page is checked by hand before it’s published, because a coloring page only works if the lines actually hold together when you start filling them in.

Every design you see on this site has passed through my own hands and my own eyes before it’s published, which means I can promise you something a big, faceless company often can’t: every page here was made with real care, not just churned out.

How I Review Every Page

‏Before any coloring page goes live, I check it against a simple set of standards: it has to be family-friendly, the lines have to be clean enough to color smoothly (whether printed or colored online), and it has to actually look good on a phone screen, not just a computer. I test every new design in my own Color Online tool myself before it’s published, because a coloring page that looks nice but doesn’t color well isn’t finished yet.

‏Every page I publish is free, family-friendly, and made to be printed or colored as many times as you like. I add new designs regularly, including seasonal collections throughout the year, and I’m always open to ideas from the families who use this site.
